Message from the CEO to the Hurricane Victims

CEO’s Message:

I would like to extend my prayers to everyone who has been affected by hurricane Sandy. I wish you and your families well, while you strive to get your life and business back to a sense of normalcy.

We are working with our Airline partners and in constant contact with them, to facilitate all interrupted travel plans of our valuable customers. I urge you to be patient and work with our team of experts, to service all your needs with the help of the airline with whom your original travel was made. We thank you for understanding that this is an act of God and we are doing everything within our control, to resolve all issues and assist our customers to reschedule their travel plans, subject to the airline’s policies and availabilities.

We are available 24 Hours to serve you and have increased our staff to handle the overwhelming call volume as a result of the hurricane disaster.
